It's Thanksgiving!

Wow, a day off work. It's been an exciting week with our new spa opening, and I'm itchy to get online and see what's new out there. You know that feeling, when you finally get a day off and you don't know what to do with yourself since you're so used to the constant, constant of your business.

I was given a great opportunity this morning though to start the day off right, and focus on the kids... the family. What did it for me? It's those little kid pajamas, with the booties built in. Seeing Alexandra & Maximus pad their way into our room with their kid pajamas and that goofy look on their face. They're so happy in the morning. Heck, happy all the time. So, take the time to look into the faces of those who love you... and savor.

Who loves ya?

Open!
By Christopher Brazy

Well, we've got our new location open. Moving is always a joy. The one good thing is you can see who your friends (and dedicated employees) are. Unpacking took a while, and then decorating, but it's really coming together nice. We had 6 walkins just from our sidewalk signs on our first day "partially open." Once we get our real signs up it'll get even better.

Change, even if it's for the better, is always stressful. But action was required and we will reap the benefits. Nothing is ever easy, especially if it's something worthwhile.

Here's what you're saying ...

"This is so timely. Thank You. Staff challenges make me lose hair and ideas. I read your email intensely every thime they come.

"Hi Christopher,
Thank you for the tele-conference with Skip. I found it very informative and insightful. It was exactly what I needed to hear as I am just about to do some new hiring. I appreciate the contact to be on this call.
Blessings,"
Norma Stryzewski

"The thing I like the best is (and I can see why you are successful), that you are writing to me personally...and I feel good, intimate...Tips are short and useful, even to me who has 10 years SPA managerial experience. You remind me of small tips and most important timing... when to start doing it.
Your tele-seminar, great idea...excellent, I wouldn't mind to pay for it just to be in touch with other Spa professionals and exchange experience without leaving my office and work.
I wish you all the best."
